Egerton Place - Knightsbridge
Forming part of a crescent of houses, the house was designed by Amos Faulkner 1895. The project architect obtained Planning consents for the client to re-amalgamate the unlisted 6 storey house that had been sub-divided into 5 flats.
Design development included excavation of a two storey basement beneath the house to create a swimming pool and also re-configuration of the plan to form a dramatic cantilevered stone staircase rising through the house. Every space was then fitted with high quality finishes, joinery and high quality services to form an exceptional home.
